The Sorensen DHP400-37 is a 400 Volt / 37 Amp / 15 kW DC Power Supply.
The DHP Series DC Power Supplies provide a wide range of power levels delivered from a thin rack-mount profile. Individual models provide DC outputs from 2 kW to 30 kW. All models incorporate self-diagnostics that continually monitor critical parameters to assure maximum system up time.
For ease of use, the DHP has a front panel keypad control and standard analog remote programming as well as optional remote digital IEEE 488.2, RS 232 and isolated analog interface. Extensive programming capability allows storing both individual voltage and current settings and auto sequences.
During power up the output of the supply is disabled for optimum safety. Also, a LAST SET button returns the supply to its last voltage and current setting prior to being powered down.
The DHP Series is TUV recognized, and all models less than 400 Volts output are CE marked.
The DHP family provides models ranging in output power from 5 kW to 20 kW in a single chassis. Programmable output voltages range from 5 V to 400 V DC, delivering up to 3,000 amperes. This family has two operational modes, constant-voltage and constant-current.
The DHP family uses control technology that allows 9 auto sequence steps, each step can be up to 99,999 seconds in duration. Combining all the steps allows a maximum auto-step program 27.7 hours long. Various voltages, currents and durations can be programmed for each step.
