The Quadtech 7600 Precision LCR Meter offers a wide frequency range, 10 Hz to 2 MHz and features such as graphical and tabular swept frequency, voltage and current measurements, 0.05% basic measurement accuracy, a 3.5 inch floppy disk drive, and 14 measurement parameters.
The 7600 also offers 289,900 programmable frequencies, 7 digit resolution, binning, sequence measurements with six tests each and RS-232, IEEE 488.2 and Handler interfaces.
