The 3585A features 0.1 Hz frequency settability, resolution bandwidths of 3 Hz to 30 kHz in a 1-3-10 sequence, and an amplitude measurement range from -137 dBm to +30 dBm (50 or 75 ohms) or 31 nV to 22 V (1 Mohm).
The 3585A has an automatic calibration system that maintains optimal system accuracy. The 3585A built-in tracking generator provides output levels from 0 dBm to -11 dBm from 20 Hz to 40.1 MHz and can be used for scalar measurements of external devices.
