The Keithley 2400 SourceMeter is a 20 W instrument that allows sourcing and measuring voltage from 5 V (sourcing) and 1 uV (measuring) to 200 V DC and current from 10 pA to 1 A.
The 2400 is well-suited for testing a wide range of devices, including diodes, resistors, resistor networks, active circuit protection devices, and portable battery-powered devices and components. Its also useful for systems power sourcing and I DDQ testing applications.
