The N4430B is an Electronic Calibration Module.
The N4430B MW electronic calibration (ECal) module makes calibration of vector network analyzers fast, easy and accurate. The RF ECal system is now easily controlled by one of two methods depending on the network analyzer. The PNA and ENA series of network analyzers controls the module directly via the USB interface.
The N4430B modules are state-of-the-art, solid-state devices with programmable and highly repeatable impedance states. ECal modules are transfer standards that provide consistent calibrations and eliminate operator errors while bringing convenience and simplicity to your calibration routine.
ECal is an ideal solution for calibrating network analyzers. Performing a full four-port calibration takes less than half the time and number of connections using ECal versus mechanical cal kits.
