The 8753C is ideally suited for component and network measurement. It has an integrated source covering the range from 300 kHz to 3 GHz and three input receiver channels; R, A, and B.
For performing S-parameter measurements, the 8753C is compatible with the 85046A/B and 85047A S-parameter test sets.
The 85047A contains a doubler that is activated by 8753Cs with option 006 to produce frequencies from 3 GHz to 6 GHz.
