The Associated Research 5450DT is an AC / DC Hipot and Ground Continuity Tester.

The output voltage is adjustable up to 5kV AC and DC with an output current of 0 to 20 mA AC and 0 to 5 mA DC.

The 5450DT features include digital panel meters for both voltage and current with 1% accuracy, with adjustable high / low current trips, and a continuity trip to 1.1 ohm maximum at 0.1 amp.
