2 MHz to 4 GHz Cable / Antenna Analyzer With Power Meter
The S331L is a handheld Cable / Antenna Analyzer covering the 2 MHz to 4 GHz frequency range. The S331L is designed to accurately locate and identify RF cable feed-line and antenna system faults. Includes a keypad to enter data and a standard daylight-viewable color TFT display to provide graphic indications of various measurements.
The S331L is capable of up to 1.5 hours of continuous operation from a fully charged battery. Built-in energy conservation features can be used to extend battery life. To permit use in low-light environments, the LCD contrast and backlight intensity can be adjusted.
The S331L is designed for measuring Return Loss, SWR, and Cable Loss of cable and antenna systems from 25 MHz to 4 GHz. Option 02 and 16 extend the frequency range to 2 MHz and 6 GHz respectively.
The S331L Distance to Fault (DTF) measurements can be used to locate the precise location of a fault in the feedline system. The displayed trace can be scaled or enhanced with frequency markers or limit lines. A menu option provides for an audible -beep- when limit value is exceeded.
The S331L is ideally suited for any experience level user in installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining todays wireless systems infrastructures including VHF, broadcasting, paging, cellular, PCS/GSM, 3G, ISM, WLAN and WLL applications.
S331L Data analysis software enables assessment of system trends, problems, and performance in addition to professional report generation. The S331L measurement capability includes precision Return Loss/SWR, Cable Loss and Distance-To-Fault (DTF), and optional T1/E1 and power meter measurements.
Patented RF interference rejection enables accurate, repeatable measurements in the presence of high RF activity. Data analysis software enables assessment of system trends, problems, and performance in addition to professional report generation.
