The 53310A is a Modulation Domain Analyzer operating from 10 Hz to 200 MHz (2.5 GHz with option 030).

Parameters such as peak-to-peak deviation, carrier frequency, and modulation rate are quickly and automatically displayed. Built-in analysis, including automated mean, standard deviation, and probability functions, provides detailed characterization of jitter.
