The 8757A is a Scalar Network Analyzer. The 8757A Scalar Network Analyzer operates using 11664 Series or 85025 Series detectors and 85027 Series Reflectometer Bridges.
With high-performance detectors and directional bridges, and a compatible RF source and printer, this analyzer becomes the basis of a complete measurement system with superb performance.
The 8757A features three detector inputs and two independent display channels, allowing simultaneous ratio or non-ratio measurement of your devices transmission and reflection characteristics.
The 8757A will operate from 10 MHz to 60 GHz. Optional internal power meter calibrator and precision detectors provide near-power-meter accuracy.
The 8757A contains an independent GPIB controller designed to control an 8350B Sweep Oscillator mainframe and 835xx Series RF Plug-in.
Available modulator outputs permit the use of 8340/8341 Series Synthesizers for enhanced frequency accuracy. The system operates from 10 MHz to 60 GHz, depending upon detectors and bridge selected.
The 8757A has three channels for independent or ratio measurements over a 76 dB dynamic range. A fourth channel is optional.
The 8757A is suitable for performing scalar measurements of components or networks. Option 002 adds an internal power calibrator for use with 85037 Series precision detectors.
